Due to issues with quality control of some of the products, part of the supply chain management that​ plans, implements, and controls the​ efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of​ goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet​ customers' requirements can be delayed until quality has been corrected, not to exceed a total time agreed upon with the consumer in writing from the supplier. The Office of Bishop Charlene M. Jamison will ensure that all customers receive their products upon quality control inspection.
